Welcome to Funcovecanvs. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the funcovecanvs.com website, our concierge services and all related curated travel experiences across Poland. Please read these Terms carefully before booking or using any of our services. By accessing the site or engaging with our team, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using funcovecanvs.com or engaging Funcovecanvs as your travel curator, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Poland and the European Union. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who breaches these Terms or behaves in a manner that compromises the safety, comfort or experience of other guests or our partner properties.
Funcovecanvs is a curated luxury hospitality platform that acts as an intermediary between travelers and a hand-picked network of partner properties, spa operators, restaurants, chauffeur services, yacht charters and concierge providers across Poland. We do not own, operate or directly manage any of the resorts or services we feature. Our role is to advise, curate, coordinate and facilitate experiences on your behalf. All hospitality services are ultimately provided by our independent partners, who remain solely responsible for the quality and delivery of their offerings.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By making a reservation or inquiry, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
All reservations are subject to availability and final confirmation by Funcovecanvs and the relevant partner property. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us — preliminary quotes, holds or inquiries do not constitute confirmed reservations. Rates, packages, promotional drops, seasonal offers and inclusions are subject to change without notice until your booking is fully confirmed and paid. Special requests (room type, view, accessibility, dietary needs) are noted and forwarded but cannot always be guaranteed.
All prices are quoted in Polish Złoty (PLN) or Euro (EUR) unless otherwise stated, and may include or exclude applicable taxes, service fees, tourist taxes and gratuities — this will be clearly indicated at the time of quotation. Payment terms vary by package and property; a deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due in advance of arrival. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and bank transfers. Currency conversion fees imposed by your bank are your responsibility.
Cancellation policies vary by property, season and package type. The specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be communicated in writing before payment is processed. Generally:
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival may receive a partial or full refund, less administrative fees.
• Cancellations within 14–30 days of arrival typically incur charges of up to 50% of the total reservation value.
• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no-shows and early departures may result in forfeiture of the full booking value.
• Peak season, holiday and special-event bookings often carry stricter non-refundable terms.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
Requests to modify confirmed bookings (dates, room type, guest count, included experiences) are subject to availability and partner approval, and may incur additional charges or rate differences. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.
Funcovecanvs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes or infrastructure failures. In such events, we will work in good faith with partners to reschedule or offer credit where possible.
You agree to use funcovecanvs.com only for lawful purposes. You shall not: (a) attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site, server or database; (b) introduce malware, viruses or harmful code; (c) scrape, harvest or systematically extract content; (d) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; (e) use the site to send unsolicited communications; or (f) interfere with the proper functioning of the site.
All content on funcovecanvs.com — including text, graphics, photography, logos, branding, layout, code and curated descriptions — is the exclusive property of Funcovecanvs or its licensors and is protected by Polish, EU and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, property and local communities. Partner properties reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests engaged in inappropriate, illegal or disruptive behavior, without refund. Any damages caused will be charged to the responsible guest.
Funcovecanvs acts solely as a curator and intermediary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) acts, omissions, negligence or service failures of partner properties or third-party providers; (b) loss, theft or damage to personal property; (c) personal injury, illness or death arising from activities undertaken at partner properties; (d) indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages; or (e) flight delays, baggage issues or transport disruptions caused by carriers not contracted directly through us. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Funcovecanvs for the specific booking in question.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, health certificates and any other documents required for travel to and within Poland. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and health insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, repatriation and personal property.
Several partner properties feature on-site or nearby casino floors. Guests must be of legal gambling age in Poland (18+) and gamble responsibly. Wellness, spa and pool facilities should be used in accordance with property rules, including any medical contraindications. Funcovecanvs is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from misuse of such facilities.
Your privacy matters. Our handling of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from or connected with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland, without prejudice to consumer rights under EU law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use of our services after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
